Abstract

In October 2024, year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Ngada Regency was 0.87 percent, with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.97. This y-on-y inflation was driven by rising prices in several expenditure groups, including: clothing and footwear at 6.80 percent; food and beverage provision/restaurants at 4.67 percent; food, beverages, and tobacco at 1.92 percent; health at 1.39 percent; household equipment, appliances, and routine household maintenance at 0.95 percent; education at 0.55 percent; and personal care and other services at 0.03 percent.

Meanwhile, some other expenditure groups experienced decreases: transportation at 1.92 percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuels at 1.26 percent; information, communication, and financial services at 1.15 percent; and recreation, sports, and culture at 0.66 percent.

In October 2024, Ngada Regency saw month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation with a rate of 0.46 percent. Year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation in Ngada Regency for October 2024 was recorded at 0.43 percent.
